The building, owned by Digital Realty Trust, is manned 24x7x365 with security officers who control entrance into the building as well as key card access into the elevators, for customers with valid picture identification only.
For strengthened security, ColoHouse uses Biometrics to provide dual factor authentication to restricted areas of our data center. All of the ColoHouse controlled space is monitored 24x7x365 by CCTV digital cameras and recorders, capturing full coverage of all activities. Additionally, all data is stored and available for future retrieval, ensuring total monitoring and control of the data center.
24/7 Environmental System Monitoring
ColoHouse provides complete management and monitoring of all environmental systems with 24x7x365 electronic detection systems. With 14’ high ceilings in a raised floor environment, ColoHouse ensures your equipment is maintained with N+1 cooling for optimum airflow and humidity at 72°F at all times.
Additionally, our facility is protected by the TotalPac Fire Suppression System. This system is a dual-alarmed, dual-interlock, multi-zoned, pre-zoned, and pre-action, dry-pipe fire suppression delivery system. The electrical and mechanical systems use the latest technologies to provide clients with N+1 redundancy to guarantee continuous operation with branch breaker monitoring and dual power grid services.
24/7 Live Support Services
Nothing is more frustrating to a client than not being assisted when they contact a business for help.
