Miami’s telecommunications infrastructure is further enhanced by multiple fiber loops, carrier facilities, international cable landings, and is home to the first purpose-built, Carrier-Neutral Network Access Point. Furthermore, our Data Center is the only facility of its kind specifically designed to link Latin America with the rest of the world.

Our facility’s power systems are designed for maximum effectiveness and are capable of delivering 120v, 208v, 480v AC, and -48v DC to match customers’ varying needs.

The physical structure of our facility far surpasses all local building codes and standards. ColoHouse is protected via TotalPac, a dual alarmed, dual interlock multi-zoned pre-action, dry pipe fire suppression system.
Additionally, ColoHouse is manned 24x7x365 with security officers who control entrance into the building as well as key card access into the elevators, for customers with valid picture identification only. Biometric hand readers add incremental protection providing access into our Data Center. CCTV digital cameras and recorders monitor and capture all activities with full coverage, and the data is archived for future retrieval. CCTV is also fully integrated with the alarm system.
