Located 0.2 miles from the New Jersey border and 18 miles from Midtown Manhattan, 1 Ramland Road is the only carrier-neutral data center in the New York Metropolitan area that operates in a Sales and Use Tax Exemption Zone.
Our Orangeburg, New York colocation data center facility is located outside the 500-year floodplain and sits on a separate power grid from New York City, making it a safer location for primary infrastructure or disaster recovery.
