Our Miami Colocation Data Center has over 24,000 ft, ColoHouse’s 36 North East 2nd Street facilities comprise of a diverse community of customers, including SMBs & Enterprises, domestic & international carriers, CDNs, cloud computing, and IT service providers. With access to more than 200 customers and over 20 on-net carriers through our facility Meet-Me-Rooms, ColoHouse also has connectivity to Equinix Miami (NAP of the Americans) that provides our customers access to additional carriers with no latency issues. Occupying 23 acres of land at 1 Ramland Road in Orangeburg, NY, our 232,000-square-foot data center is positioned near the region’s major highways. Located 0.2 miles from the New Jersey border and 18 miles from Midtown Manhattan, 1 Ramland Road is the only carrier-neutral data center in the New York Metropolitan area that operates in a Sales and Use Tax Exemption Zone. Our Orangeburg, NY colocation data center facility is located outside the 500-year floodplain and sits on a separate power grid from New York City, making it a safer location for primary infrastructure or disaster recovery.
Our Dallas-area data center is conveniently located near two major airports and multiple interstate highways. The 670,000-square-foot facility offers 400,000 colocation square feet (CSF) and 60,000 square feet of work-area recovery space. This data center is specifically designed to meet the increasing demand for business continuity solutions on a 24/7 year-round basis.
Occupying an 85-acre campus of land with multiple buildings, our Phoenix data center is well-suited for enterprise clients that require a robust data center infrastructure for mission-critical applications. Our Phoenix data center is in an area considered one of the safest in the country: free from natural disasters including seismic activity, tornadoes, and hurricanes.
