    In 2018, ColoHouse has hired, promoted and empowered its group of ambitious and driven women.

    In 2017, women held 51.6% of all management, professional, and related occupations and 44.0% of the subcategory management, business, and financial operations occupations 1. At ColoHouse, 60% of the executive team and 45% of the overall management team consists of women.

    Over the last few months, the women of ColoHouse have been spending their time improving their skill set and knowledge in their jobs to improve themselves and increase efficiency and effectiveness at ColoHouse.


    Stephanie Abad, Marketing Manager, US

    Dreamforce

    Stephanie has been part of the ColoHouse team for 3+ years, first as an intern and now as a Marketing Manager. Stephanie manages and overseas global marketing, design and content management. She recently attended the Salesforce annual user conference, Dreamforce, in San Francisco. There, she spent the week learning from industry experts on marketing, sales and automation best practices.

    “I am very grateful to have attended one of the biggest conferences in the world. It is the first time ColoHouse has sent anyone even though we have been using Salesforce for so many years. My biggest take away was learning about new products and the integrations with Salesforce and other systems we are currently using.”

     

    Lizeth Bermudez, Implementations Manager
    ScrumMaster Certification

    Lizeth recently attended a 2-day seminar to become our in-house ScrumMaster. Lizeth has managed the customer journey from implementations to operation projects for customers in our data centers. In order to coordinate and work with so many team members, locations, and customers, Liz insisted we give her the proper tools for her to be successful.

    “It’s not a methodology or project management, it’s learning how to facilitate a team better and motivate them to ensure there is efficiency throughout the entire project.”

    One of our newest team members, Sammen, is based out of The Netherlands and is responsible for all European based marketing efforts as well as our global social media presence. She attended a seminar promoting social media advocacy among your employees.

    Copley Milian, Vice President of Operations
    Compliance & Security Training

    Copley has been with ColoHouse for over 6 years and has been promoted several times during her tenure. She manages all global business operations and customer administration and reports directly to the CEO, Paul Bint. Part of her job is staying up to date with all things related to compliance and security to ensure ISO and SOC certifications for our data centers and services.

    “Privacy laws are constantly changing and we need to stay educated on these topics.  Our customers trust we are delivering our services with the proper SLAs and are held to the highest industry standards.”
