For both professional and personal growth, attending conferences are great places to learn things. However, the challenge is to find the right tech summit out of hundreds of summits out there.
Not every tech summit is going to be related to your industry, or area of expertise. In this blog we are sharing which tech events you can’t afford to miss in 2019 – and which might be worth a look if you have the time.
To better navigate this list, let’s quickly review the different types of events you’ll come across:
· Conferences:
Conferences are the backbone of the tech events industry and can be both B2C or B2B events. They are held to educate, inform, or train attendees.
· Summits:
Though “summit” can be identical with “conference”, summits tend to be of a smaller size and usually consist of higher-level executives. In other cases, summits function exactly like conferences.
· Seminars:
You can think of seminars as mini conferences that are much smaller and mostly last one day.
